FIRESIDE YOGA NIDRA


One of the most memorable Yoga Nidra classes I took was at the Sedona Yoga Festival in front of a crackling fireplace.  Please join me for these fireside classes - I'll be cozying up next to a fire, you will be getting comfy in your home and in your own way (go ahead and get 'yer jammies on if you wish!)


The practice of Yoga Nidra is also known as the Art of Doing Nothing - all you need to do is lay down and get as comfortable as possible.  You might even choose to be in bed if you wish!  I'll guide us out of the meditation in a very gentle manner so if you wish to simply go straight to sleep, you are welcome to.


This class has no movement and is just meditation.

COMFORTS OF HOME!

SELF-CARE SUNDAYS


Since Covid hit the world, I've started 'Self-Care Sundays' twice per month.  These classes are held online and are complimentary, though donations are accepted if you wish to donate. 


I invite you to create a sacred space in your home that you can retreat to during this class - and perhaps even make the whole day a session of self-care for yourself!  Gentle lighting, soft clothing, calming music, aromatherapy and any other healing rituals that you enjoy will enhance this class and your experience.


Each class is 90 minutes of either Restorative, Gentle or Yin Yoga, followed by Yoga Nidra meditation.  Held on Zoom at 2:00pm Arizona time, 1:00pm Pacific.  Beginners are welcome!
